Everything was nice, the parking was outside, the room was well-stocked and good looking. The staff was very very helpful and particularly attentive, doing great job. We really enjoyed rooms with the best view. The breakfast was marvellous and excellent with scrambled eggs & bacon and had a great selection of food. The hotel had an incredible and stunning location very close to Viale Riviera Nord😀

The breakfast buffet had a good variety of options, with fresh scrambled eggs made to order, demonstrating the hotel's attention to detail in guest satisfaction.
The air conditioning struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature, especially during the warmer parts of the day, made the evenings less enjoyable.

close to beach.
overall it can not be a 4 star hotel. lack of basic facilities, e.g hot water kettle and only 1 sanitary bag for 4 day! hotel staff are willing to help but english communication is almost impossible.

Perfect location. Beach across the street, all of the action right outside the front door, one of the best clubs, bars across the street, many great restaurants and people watching places within walking distance. Hotel suprisingly quiet considering busy location. Breakfast included is very convenient as is access to internet/computer in lobby area. Great view from balcony.

Excellent to be able to rent bicycles at the Hotel. Breakfast was good.
A road with lots of trafic all day and night between the beach and the Hotel. Quite noicy on the balcony. The room was big enough, but very uncozy. A bit more english knowledge in the staff would be appreviated.
